Sage 300 Software Notice 17-K.1 Product update is available

Software Notice 17-K.1 will sent to Sage 300 customers and partners and announces the release of Sage 300 2016.4. The notice also describes an issue with the 2017.4 update that was released last week and the hotfix for it. 

Issue with Sage 300 2017.4

An issue has been identified with Sage 300 2017.4 that we announced to you last Thursday, December 7, 2017 and that update is no longer available. If you installed Sage 300 2017.4 and access Common Services in a Single Currency database, then please follow the steps in Knowledgebase Article 88050 to apply a fix. If you have not yet installed Sage 300 2017.4, we plan to provide a new update, Sage 300 2017.5, next week and will communicate to you when that version is available.

    To upgrade to the latest product update, contact your Sage business partner or download the product update from the Sage Knowledgebase:

    2. If you are prompted to log on, enter your Customer Portal username and password, and then click Log on.
