I am new for ACCPAC .Net APIs, I want to import customer data into Sage 300 using APIs, can anyone help or give me some hint for this?

I am upgrading Accpac 5.0 to Accpac 5.4. I have successfully upgraded from version 5.0 to 5.2. There I didn't get any error message regarding Bank services and it was activated smoothly.
From the process 5.2 to 5.4 I am getting this error.
