Is your hard drive full?

How big is the database?

What's the recovery model?

How big is the database? Approximately 28GB

What's the recovery model? Full

Set the recovery model to simple.

Also use an ODBC DSN that uses the old SQL Server driver (not the newer SQL Server Native Client), some upgrades fail if you use the SQL Server Native Client with older versions like 5.4

You can use the SQL Server Native driver on newer versions of accpac (5.6 and higher).

Made the recovery model simple, compatibility to SQL 2000(80) and ODBC as per Ettienne . Created a dump from 5.2 and then reloaded to the database. Bank Services were activated smoothly.
