I have the same issue except the expiration date is 2 days in the past so the quote has already expired.

I am just wondering if you were able to diagnose this.

Can you post the dates in question? I'm wondering if it is a US/UK date format mistake?

Document date is 4/12/2023 and expiration date is 4/10/2023.

One thing I checked on is the date settings for users.  Client says that as a part of Group Policy, the domain settings for all users is set to yyyy-mm-dd.  CRM settings for all users is yyyy-mm-dd.  Sage 300 web screens shows dates as m/dd/yyyy.

Potential issue???  Not sure.

The webscreens always default to US date format. There are some suggestions such as setting the browser language to en-GB or whatever language you need, but in my experience nothing changed and the webscreens just show US date formats which was a nightmare.
