Not a normal question for the forum but still related to CRM.
Client is not using SageCrm anymore due to several reasons. We have set the integration to "Suspend all Integration" with CRM in the Sage CRM setup. Now we are having an issue using the Customer Number Change giving us an error when trying to change a customer number.
E/W Sage CRM Customer File: External exception E06D7363
Client wants to remove CRM completely. I can remove the EW record from the CSAPP table, no problem, but doesn't initial Activation of CRM change the tables in Sage 300?
My question is how do we remove CRM completely?
