Customer wants a report to be run from Sage which gives the following 5 columns . Currently they export users and they print user authorizations report and then mix and match data but since its a bank involved in Identity access management  and they want a system based report which shows below data . 

is it possible from Sage if so which tables to reference from SQL to achieve below. 

Sage User ID | Sage User Name|  Program ID | Profile ID | Active/Inactive

Version of Sage 300 in use is 2020.
