The usual suspects that I'd check:
1. Path of Runtime (only one and the correct one)

2. Registry setting for programs and shared data

3. Run regacc.exe from the 2014 Runtime folder 

4. Manually open the standard OE screen

5. Run VB6 as administrator

The path is correct.

The registry is correct.

I did run Regacc.exe as administrator.

I did open the OE screen in Sage.

I always run VB6 as administrator although this was a macro in this case.

Something I find odd is I'm an administrator on my system but it will not let me edit the path.

I know the path is correct because I ran the path statement in a command prompt.

I tried inserting at least a dozen different screens into the macro without an issue.  It was just the Order screen.

You have .exd files causing the problem.

Run this command on the Windows drive (probably C:) (type it carefully):

del *.exd /s

You are the man.  I haven't been working in the customization area for a while.  After I've been away from it for too long I don't remember about the damn exd files.
