Hey Everyone,
I am new to Sage 300 and crystal reports but have a decent handle on both. We recently implemented a yes/no optional field for PO line details, everything tested fine for a few days but now it seems like the value remains as 1 no matter what value I put in the optional field. See image below for designer view and print results.
Any help would be grateful!!
SOLVED: It was the table links. I had linked the line number POPORL.PORLEV to POPORLO.PORLEV. but it still didn't show correct results. I had to also line the PO header sequence. POPORH1.PORHSEQ to POPORLO.PORHSEQ.
My follow up question would be: How to find proper links? This was just trial and error until I got the correct results.
My main report is already linked by PORHSEQ (inner joins) between tables. So I would only need to link detail line number.
