You edit the report and add that table.

Already added the table and field, but error message below show when printing. Any ideal where when wrong?

Description: Crystal Reports Error: Logon failed. Error in File artbal01 12888_10552_{630954D7-2703-4A4E-8C81-57D2B3AB91B6}.rpt: Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters.

Is this that super old version of the report that ran from a CSV file?  In that case, you'll have to do it with a subreport.

I got the original report from the Sage 300 2017 Version folder and using Crystal Reports Ver 11 to modify. Originally the database type for this report is ODBC (RDO), but after I reset the datasource location it change to OLE DB (ADO).. I guess could be this effected.

Had tried to change a new connection using ODBS (RDO) but cannot find my database. 

Sorry that I m not familiar on how to add the table actually as I learn it by trying here and there and read from it menu.. maybe there is something I didn't do right. Any advise? But i will also try to do a sub-report later.
 

It must be RDO, and it must be a SQL login, not a network login. Use the 32-bit ODBC DSN that Sage created.

Ok reset to ODBC RDO and work well now. THanks Jay

I see this error for a custom arrcpt.rpt, after adding a subreport with a CSV datasource. Any suggestions? 

I doubt CSV subreports will work. I've used Crystal for 20 years and would never attempt it.
