I think it is ARAGED.  This table is populated only when the AR Trial Balance is run.  You will need to do one of the following.

1.  Modify a copy of the standard AR trial balance report and put it in a customisation folder

2.  Create a stand alone report that uses ARAGED.  Then run AR trial balance before running the stand alone report.

3.  Work out how the to join up the transaction tables AROBL and AROBP and create your own ageing report.  This can be a complicated option if you want to use the cut off date. Otherwise not too bad.

I've tried the table AROBL, AROBLJ, AROBP. But results are not equal to STD sage AGED TRIAL BALANCE.

What is possible because cut off date?

Cut off date is set in the the cut off by option on the standard AR trial balance report.

You have the correct tables so I guess your report design is wrong.  If you only need the current balances (no cut off roll back) then you do not need AROBP.

Alternatively, you could modify the existing AR Aged Trial Balance report and add the project details to it.

If you are backdating the Aged TB at all, you are going to have a tough time using the AROB* tables. Significant work needs to happen to figure out what was open at a prior date.

You are best to modify the out of the box AR Aged TB report. I think your best bet would be a subreport to grab the project information you seek.

Ditto.  Recreating that report from the raw tables is a PITA.

I've tried it with table AROBL, AROBLJ, AROBP and OEINVH, OEINVD for description.

Only less than one unreadable invoice.

But I now take the shortcut only, I changed and added in the report aged Trial Balance
Artbal. Rpt.

Hi, I have the same issue now but only need to add description in the original report ARTBAL.RPT
But I can't find the description field from it existing table in the report.
