With the switch to remote this client's users are connecting via Citrix from home. Things are working in general. However, when we run a Crystal Report from the Sage desktop or a report that we have customized (the AR Aging report) and that Crystal report has parameters Crystal is not showing the parameter values in the pop-up screen that it shows.

The parameter screen does appear, but any selection lists are empty/blank.

I've changed dynamic parameters to hard coded values, no luck. The parameter selection screen even changes its appearance to reflect how you'd now select the values.

I've ensured that the report was not saved with embedded data.

Running the same reports on their network via a remote access tool shows all of the values within the selection boxes.

Part of me is tempted to install the latest CR runtime but I've also had terrible experiences with Crystal reports getting messed up to where Format C looks like a viable option.

I'm also trying to avoid writing macro front ends since I know that this is an environmental issue.

Any suggestions?
