Crystal Report Hanging after Parameters have been entered

Hi guys, so I am trying to add a crystal report to Sage 300 ERP however whenever I add same and run the report after entering the date range parameters, the report just freeze, wont load and also wont close when I try to close it.

I've unchecked the option to save with data on the Crystal Report end however it still hangs when I run in in Sage.

Any Suggestions to fix this issue?

Do you have the ability to run the report in Crystal Reports itself?

Its important to note what Sage version, Product update and if you have loaded any hotfixes.

Do all other standard sage reports work?

Does the report run fine in Crystal? it could be a the user rights to the SQL database. Have you set up an odbc on the workstation?
