We have a few customers that are using Sage 300 2021 or 2022 with the latest service paks installed and using the financial reporter to generate their reports.  Each of them have 200 or more departments.  They would like to be able to print these larger (separate) statements as a pdf file to email to managers.  Now, when they are doing the statement and selecting separate by Department, it will generate a large spreadsheet, and setting the print destination to file initially still generates and Excel file.

Any suggestions?
