Hi there,

I would like to create a Revenue and Expense statement for budget purpose, that shows current year YTD, Last year Annual Auctual, and the year before Annual Actual, what is the FR function I need to use?

I also would like to create a 7 year historical report, is that possible? if yes, can someone advice the FR function please.

Not necessarily FR, but you can do it in BI. Number of ways to do it including grouping (aggregating) based on fiscal period groupings. If you're targetting G/L, that's the direction I'd go (some of the pre-made reports are nice, you could copy and modify so you're not starting from scratch).

Check out the Sage300_FinancialReporter_UsersGuide found in the Docs folder where the Sage program files are located.
