Sage BI in Sage 300 doesn't finish the report

Sage Business Intelligence in Sage 300 on one workstation does not show any info on the report when run.  It goes thru the normal process of gathering the data and building the spreadsheet but doesn't show any data, Just #VALUES.

If the client opens Excel on the workstation, which goes thru some registration process as it opens Sage BI works okay.

What's the issue?

    Hi Dana,

    Does the task pane (Excel Add-In with formulas, lists etc) show of the right hand of the Excel report? If this doesn't appear then it could mean that the task-pane isn't correctly registered on the workstation.

    This usually happens with new installs of Office were the welcome messages block other application from registering themselves.

    I suggest repairing your office installation and opening Excel until there are no welcome messages. Thereafter re-run the workstation installer on the workstation that isn't working for Sage 300 as well as Sage Intelligence.

    If this does not resolve the issue I'd suggest contacting your support desk for further technical assistance.
