In Intelligence Reporting module, whenever I try to open any app (ex. Report Viewer, Report Manager, etc) I always get an error message that says "ActiveX component can't create object" and it just doesn't work. It used to work with Sage 300 version 6 and 5.

I believe our license include 1 named user. I want to try and learn how to use this module but I just can't.

Would appreciate your thought.
