You will have to log a call with the Sage 300 Support Team to investigate this.

Check the License Manager inside SAI.  Note that SAI licenses are assigned to a user name and workstation; they are not concurrent.

Check that the designer add in is turned on in excel. Also try checking out the SI KB.

Yes Report Manager License is assigned. Actually it shows "Yes" at Designer license box.

Uninstalling the webscreens and reinstalling sorted the matter. Thank you everyone.
