In the order entry, can you change an invoice date before creating?

Yes, once you select Create Invoice you can change the shipment and invoice date on the Totals Page prior to posting.

Yes you can change it, after selecting the create invoice option (go to the Totals Tab), Bottom right you will have the invoice Date and Invoice Post Date and can change it there
