Change GL integration option to "On Request"

Periodic Processing/Create G/L Batche

Change GL integration option back to "During Posting"

Hi there, thanks for your reply, however I am not sure if we have a database editor, or what exactly that means. We had external consultants install and set it up for us so I'm not sure if this is something I am able to access. I have gone into G/L Periodic Processing but I only see Create Allocation Batch, Create Recurring Entries, or Clear History... thanks

Do you have a backup of the data?  Could you recreate it in another dataset and then export it out of the backup back into the new one?

The deleted GL batch is gone, and unless you have a data backup cant be recovered.

Best way forward  is to print the AR report called 'GL transactions'  for Receipts for the posting sequence of that receipts batch. Identify the GL entries and key them as a journal.

We recently had this issue come up (9 years later) and solved it by adjusting the columns for the corresponding database entries per Jay Converse Acumen. We also had to reset the ARR06.GLINVCPOST & ARR06.GLPAYMPOST to 0, then created a batch and it picked up all the transactions from the deleted batch.
