I'm partial to editing in the DB.  Think I could just look at OEORDD lines in the DB where the (price list, price) pair don't match price list tables and update? or too risky?  

In this case, yes - too risky.  There are probably a dozen other fields that are all impacted by this, including fields in the OEORDH table, too.

Yes! we have Tairox Productivity Tools.  We were just able to use it. 

Note: the items on our standing order had quantity set to 0 and it did not work at first.  Setting to anything other than 0 worked.
