Equipment Loan Booking System

Hi

I have an existing Sage 300 Customer looking for a system that allows for Equipment to be loaned out to Customers.

Some of the desired features are

  • "Tracking system to log:
    • Who
    • When / how long
    • Why
    • Maintenance (recording, scheduling)
    • Financials - eg. Bond, and rental (most items will be free to hire but will need bond)"
  • Reporting on borrowers and equipment
  • "Barcode requirements - scanning software (GWE has currently)
    • hardware? Eg. Scanner, barcode printer (GWE has one)"
  • "Non-returned equipment:
    • Is there automatic notification to customer? To us?
    • or do we have to run reports"
  • "Loan Contract / Agreement
    • How is it generated / maintained
    • Terms and conditions easy to update?
    • Where are they stored?
    • How are they signed"
  • Track that Regular maintenance  is being performed on the equipment
  • Scheduling type system that we could potentially have customers look at availability and maybe even book online. 

I have had a look at Norming Asset Leasing, and this does some of it , but no booking.  Technisoft would need me to create a job and add inventory to the job, so a bit lengthy.

Does anyone  know of any third party app that may have an API, or have integrated similar to sage 300 previously.
