We have a client with offices in two different cities (in the same state). Each office has its own individually licensed installation of Sage 300. (Common ownership, but legally separate companies.) There is a one-version difference between the offices - one is running 2016, the other 2014. They want to print all AP checks in only one office and have networked a printer in that office to be available to the other office, as well. The pre-printed check form for each office has different company address and bank data but is otherwise identical. We created a custom AP check form that works without issue in both versions of Sage 300. However, when checks are printed, those from one office print lower on the pre-printed form than those from the other office. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
