When exporting one of the custom crystal reports we suddenly get the below error message:
Deskto has stopped working.
When l went to the windows Event log to check what is the issue l get the below error log:

Crystal reports 2013 Support Pack 7
Windows Server 2016 Standard edition
OS 64bit
At the moment l suspect the issue is with the crxf_xls.dll .
Does anyone know what could be the problem or how l can resolve it ?
