I don't think the "Licensed To" is the problem. The App Pool user that the Sage screens runs on needs to be able to browse to your Sage share. So, most likely, you need to change it from Local System to a domain account.

I already change to domain account that have access to the shared data, but the problem persist. 

The "Licensed To" is just a name and not used for anything.  Being empty is not the problem.  That resides elsewhere.

The account has full access and you restarted IIS after the change? I can't think of what else it could be. You should contact Sage 300 Support.
