The method you mentioned is POST. We should use GET to receive data

Have you tried using a GET on the ARPostedDocuments endpoint?  I haven't used it but I do see a DocumentType and DocumentNumber in the available selects.

Also, make sure you use the built-in Swagger UI for the most up to date list of endpoints.

Yes, I use this endpoint. But this endpoint doesn't return adjustments by Adjustment Number. Thus, I cannot receive the direct adjustment.
I can find only an invoice that was applied inside adjustment.
But, I want to receive the directly posted adjustment.

Yes, I use Swager. I don't see an endpoint to receive posted adjustments. Maybe endpoint ARPostedDocuments doesn't return posted adjustments for a particular reason? For example, adjustment is always paid.
Could you help me with this question?

What you see is what I see.  You might have to post a question for support.  My WebAPI was working and has broken again.

Two more suggestions to try, GET on ARPayments which has a DocumentType filter? There is also a GET on ARReceiptAndAdjustmentBatches with a BatchStatus filter so perhaps you could GET posted adjustments. Sorry, I can't test it as I don't have a DB where the users are creating Adjustments Batches.
