Unhandled Exception Error number 0x80040702 Description: Failed to load DLL: a4winst Setup will now terminate

Hi, I hope you and your family doing well in this pandemic situation.

I am doing a course in udemy on Sage300erp and I face some problem.
course link:
https://www.udemy.com/course/sage-300-erp-installation-and-setup-guide-for-beginners/learn/lecture/1757264#questions

In udemy course, I did follow the lectures and doing all the task. I have windows 10 and I downloaded Sage 300 ERP 2017 version. As per lecture I did all the task but in the time of installing Sage300ERP setup.exp file, I am getting an error (See the attached image).
First of all I came to know from a comment on that lecture that It is recommend to use sql 2016 for sage300erp 2017, so I did it. But face the same error. Than I go for sql 2014 which was already in the sage300erp installation file.
I did try all the steps, procedure to recover this error, but every time I am facing this. These are different approach I was following to get rid from this error.
Process 1:
* Did scan my computer. In cmd(administrator). type sfc/scannow
* Restart computer
Process 2:
* In dll-files.com I did not found a4winst.dll file, when I search for it I got AVPINST.DLL file, so I download it and add it in System32 folder.
* Restart computer
Process 3:
1. Click Start and start typing on your keyboard for "services.msc"
2. In your search results "services.msc" should show up. Open it with a click.
3. A new windows will open containing all Windows services on your system.
4. Search for "Windows Update"

5. Right-click the "Windows Update" and then click Stop.

We will now clean the Windows Update temporary cache folder:
1. Hold your windows-key pressed and hit "R" key simultanous.

2. A small new windows will appear.

3. Type %windir%\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore in this new window and click OK.

4. This will open Windows Explorer on the correct location.

5. Delete all contents of this folder. (Hint: Use Ctrl + A to select all files and folders)

Now we will start the Windows Update Service again:

1. Switch back to the windows Services.

2. Locate Windows Update.

3. Right-click on it and choose Start.

Process 4:

Using Reimage repair tool but I cant do this because I did not have a License Key.

* All the process is failed, cant solve the problem still now.

My interview is very close, so I need to learn all the stuff regarding this topic. I need help. Please provide some solutions for my problem. I will be thankful to you. Thank you.
