We are using Sage300c 2020 web screen, when we print a report we are able to see it on-screen {Preview}. But, unable to print to printer or export

Search 104901 in the Kb - as John indicated, there are version-specific hot fixes available,

This sounds like a Chrome 83 issue that was resolved. Support has a KB on this. If this is the same issue, the problem was that Chrome 83 changed the way they handle sand-boxed iFrames, which Sage 300 Web Screens use. Once the new attribute was added to the iFrame definition, the problem is resolved.
