We just did the upgrade and are having the same issue, I have 8 users that can not print orders or quotes from CRM

Works in FireFox so you can use that as a workaround for now. I have a case with Sage too. Case# 8008213667

This issue was realized when Chrome 83 was introduced where they have disabled the ability to allow downloads from sandboxed iFrames . We have identified the solution (added "allow-downloads" to the iFrame's sandbox attribute) and have posted a Hot Fix for this issue.

The fix will also address Edge, since it is Chromium based. Unfortunately, Sage 300 Web Screens no longer support IE (Internet Explorer)

So I followed the instructions and put the hot fix on. Now I am getting this in Sage CRM:
