Sage300 runtime / Database error Operation = Get

Our Sage users constantly keep getting there errors throughout the day spontaneously 

* Database error (operation=GET . error=****) [Microsoft] [SQL Server Native Client 11.0] Communication Link Fail. Please refer this error to your database administrator or see your database documentation for further assistance**

We have checked our network which we could not find any lost packets.

we also notice that if one user is experiencing this error, other users are able to work in Sage. 

In order to resolve this error, the user would close the screen or restart Sage.

We are running:

Sage2019 PU2

Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (RTM) - 13.0.1601.5 (X64)

Microsoft Windows Server 2012
