The following message appears when posting a GL batch:

"Description: Internal error. clearOldProvisional: empty glppd fails(3088 GLJPST1.C) Write down the message, leave Sage Accpac and Windows
and return to the system prompt. Reset your computer and try the task again. See the Message Help section in the System Manager help for more information."

This has been caused by an antivirus that has quarantined the GLPPD.DLL file. This issue is seen in Sage 300 ERP 2012, Sage ERP Accpac 6.0 and Sage Accpac ERP 5.6.
