Had a similar issue recently.  Resolution for me was to dump / load the database.

Restore database to pre-failure.  Dump / load and retry.
Wasn't something I would have considered, but Sage support suggested and it ended up resolving for my situation.

Further - there is a Sage Kb suggesting the 3RDPART folder is corrupt / doesn't contain the correct versions of files.  Might be worth comparing to another install.  Here's a link to the article:

Yes its strange as error shows 68 and we have 69. All current installs (customer server /another customer server for test/my laptop) we have same issue in both Update 2 y Update 3---so not sure what files do I need or versus what compare so.....

When trying with customer data in its environment, we pass those AR files but before end we get this error : ERROR: "Access violation in module AIDBZ32.DLL" when posting a change in Account Code Change.

There is a solution to fix this at KB - Solution ID: 23062 and finally running ACC it works BUT if you don't follow that procedure before every time you run ACC, you will damage database. Yo need to print and purge log files !!!
