General Ledger > G/L Setup > Recurring Entries. Make sure you choose "Auto Reverse".

This process is not completely automated. You still need to go to General Ledger > G/L Periodic Processing > Create Recurring Entries Batch.

If these transactions are revaluation entries, the system can handle without t importing.

We have developed a General Ledger journal entry program that streamlines entering journal entries in Excel and importing them into Sage 300. You select your Sage 300 company, name of spreadsheet, enter batch description then click on a button. Unlike Sage 300's GL recurring entries you can process them when you need to not according to a schedule. it will also check for valid GL accounts.
