We have many inactive accounts. Previously, we would get a warning when positing to these accounts. A beep and a visual. This now only happens to some inactive accounts, not any of the newly inactive accounts.
We do have the setting in "Common Services | Company Profile | Options" set to ERROR for inactive accounts, so this is a little bizarre behaviour. Are there any circumstances where it would allow posting to inactive accounts or is there a step missing when making the account inactive?
