Is there a way to prevent people from posting to invalid GL accounts from the subledgers?  When people are in AP coding invoices or in Credit Cards they are creating accounts that do not exist in GL resulting in several reclasses each month.  Is there a way to prevent someone from "creating" a new GL number?  They don't even realize they are doing it.
