Can you clarify when you say the database is bad does that mean something is corrupted or I did not do the dump correctly.

Your data is bad.... the dump is worthless. No you cannot fix the database dump files.
Something may be wrong in your live data. Hence the question about which table the load failed on - that is usually a clue of where the problem lies.
So why are you loading data from a dump?
The reason for the fail is that you have duplicate units of measure for the same item(s). In other words for one item you have something like each, Each, EACH - the same unit of measure using different cases. If you convert everything to upper case then they are duplicates.
There are two ways to resolve the load error. Changing the collation sequence to case sensitive will allow the data to load. The other is to change the units of measure so they are not duplicate. You can change these manually or we have a Unit Of Measure change utility that will go through all applications in the database and upper case the unit of measure. www.musick-int.com/.../INDEX.HTM
