One of our customer needs two report (Trail Balance & GL Listing) to customize. The requirement is the reports Accounts description (Example : " Cash Account") should display Arabic word .
So the solution planning to give is Optional Fields to Accounts level and transaction level to capture what will be description in Arabic for each account and this optional field can be capture in report level.
Question is: while typing a Arabic word in optional filed value ,its changing to ????????? before saving to database.
Note:- Database level collation changed to Arabic .
Can you suggest what will be the possibility way to capture this requirement.
