Performance on Windows Server 2019 vs Windows Server 2016

SUGGESTED

Ever since 2019 version of Sage 300 ERP I have to run application servers on Windows 2016 because Sage is running much slower on Windows 2019, plus we experiencing frequent application hang in 2019. Did anybody else noticed same thing? For example it takes 8 seconds to open OE screen in 2019, sometimes more than 10 seconds, and only about 3 seconds in Windows 2016. Order printing is also much slower in Windows 2019. Hardware does not play any significant role. Brand new server with 36 cores is slower on Windows 2019 than old server with 16 cores on Windows 16. I have rest of the servers like printers, domain controllers etc., running Windows 2019 and they work just fine.

Any tips, advice, experience highly appreciated.
