Using Sage 300 2020 with a shipping Macro that worked last week and now when printing packing slips we get the error....

Automation error The object involved has disconnected from its client. 

This only seems to happen for specific user. When logged in as Admin it works.  Anyone have experience with this error and can advise. We have already rebooted twice, confirmed printer its selected as default, confirm print settings in Sage. Tried printing direct and via PDF. Confirmed correct doc selected, confirmed path to printer.
