We are experiencing an error message when we have 2 customer contacts checked to be emailed invoices. When one contact is checked to receive invoices the email is sent successfully.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue?
This could be a configuration issue for the second contact, you can open Multiple contact and check if the contact is not set to "Inactive" and is checked for "Contact consents to receive emails".
