Sage 300 retail runtime error 52 invalid property value when running(Retail admin.exe).

SOLVED

This has been running fine since 2016 only yesterday the files server run into a problem after running windows updates.The Pos is invoicing fine with out any problems even in the workstation

The only problem is in the admin.exe file.I tried greating a dummy company and load the data to it but no joy.

    Ensure that you have the latest prerequisites installed especially MSXML4SP3 Is installed.

    Re-check your ODBC connection and that you have a later version of the ODBC Driver installed.

    You need to also run the exe as the Administrator.

    All the prerequisites are fine.The ODBC CONNECTION IS successful.This database has been fine since 2016.Its only after the server problem and installation of windows updates .It  started the problem.

    You know me quiet well the moment you see me contacting you guys.I has tried all my technical professional skills.

    Why i send you that word document case is because in your online case request Sage erp 2017 is not available its from 2018 and above. The link wont allow me to proceed .Why the client is still on version 2017 is because the Sage RMS latest version is not available in the Sage FTP site I could not upgrade until i get it.

    Hi Lister

    We found an issue similar to yours reported before where the admin was referencing to a file path for the logo that no longer is valid.

    For this you will need to check and validate that all your referenced path settings in the tblSetttingsDtl table in the DB are pointing to the correct path.

    Thank you very much i managed to sort it out.You were right The system had greated a path in the table for the (client log  path) I was lucky i had a dummy company which was running perfectly and i compared the two files.I then removed it and it worked.

    Can you kindly dump for me Sage 300 retail latest software in the FTP link so that i can upgrade this client
