Files did not self-register PJCDataWizard.dll

When installing Sage 300 version 2018 in my Windows 10, I encounter the error details:

C:\Sage300\PM65A\PJCDatawizard.dll

unspecifed error

to continue, click OK; otherwise, click cancel.

Then I go to run the REGACC.exe in the Sage300 folder.

In the RegAcc.log shows that DllRegisterServer for C:\Sage300\PM65A\PJCDatawizard.dll failed and returned -2147467259

Can anyone guide me how? What are the possible root cause that the dll is not able to be registered?

wondering if you ever figured this out?

I just had the same error happen on a new Win10 machine with 300 v2019

I cannot get this .dll to register using REGACC.exe or manually trying to register it.

If you were able to resolve this please post the resolution. Or if anyone else has encountered the same issue and has a resolution please share.
