ACA data is not populating into eFiling

This resolution is applicable for Sage 100 versions 2014 PU7, 2015 PU3 and 2016:

Open Payroll, ACA, ACA Employer Maintenance
Select 2015 tax year
In the ACA Forms to Use field, select 1095/1094-B forms and then reselect 1095/1094-C forms or visa versa
Click Accept
Rerun the appropriate1095 form, click No if prompted to use your Work in Progress

This did not help for me. I'm in version Sage 100 2017. I am only seeing the first 17 employees for 2018. The rest of the total 200 employees are only showing up with 2017 data in Monthly Detail.
