Sage 100 w/ Rackpace, Level 3, Azure, or Amazon Web

Hello,

We are using Sage 100 Advanced with about 100 users in ten warehouse locations and a couple dozen work at home employees across the US. We are currently hosting Sage in one of our locations and everyone outside that location is accessing through Citrix. I am looking into moving everything off site to a service like Rackspace or Azure. Has anyone used a service like this with Sage 100? and can you share your experience?

Hi,

I wouldn't say we got an answer through Sage City, but we did find an answer and implemented it. I found a company called CompuData at last years Sage Summit. We ended up moving our Sage 100 to their hosting service. One of the big selling points I liked about CompuData over Rackspace or Amazon web is that they know Sage. They are also Sage re sellers and they are very knowledgeable about Sages intricacies. We still use Citrix to access, and I have peace of mind knowing that there are disaster recovery procedures in place through them. Customer support has also been very prompt and helpful.
