Printing Aatrix W2s to PDF

I have a client who is processing almost 2,000 W2s this year. I've been able to work my way to the printing functionality. However, I can't seem to get the W2s to print to PDF - I get no prompt for the destination of the PDF file. I have checked with other forms, and they seem to work properly. Is there some sort of limit on how many W2s can be printed to PDF?

I'd appreciate any thoughts on this.

In W2 Printing, you view each form then click Next Step. Click Yes at the prompt asking if you want to print. In the Print window, select a "PDF printer" from the Printer Name drop down list then click OK. A new window will open prompting you to select the destination of where you want to save the pdf file.

I've had issues with Aatrix and my adobe acrobat driver before. If i switch to the Microsoft Print to PDF it works in those times my acrobat driver will not.
