Just had a quick look at the criteria.  Couple of questions?

• Do you have the Require Approval to Post Entries turned on in Time Track Options (Payroll/Setup Menu).  If that is turned on then it will filter out anything that has not been approved.
•  Department security?  But, I think you'd get a message up front if you didn't have access
• The selection also checks for missing Earnings, Job/Cost Codes, but you would get a message about these.

I don't have the Require Approval turned on (although it appears that they are marked Y anyway in the file).  No dept security.  Definitely have jobs and cost codes.

Beth, do you have any selection criteria entered in the selection grid?  I'll have a closer look at the populate routines.

NOTHING.  I also tried with putting in a range of all employees, and a date range of 1/1/2021 to 12/31/2021, still nada.

Strange.  There are a few other reasons it may filter things out, but I'm sure these are unlikely.

• Employee is not on file
• Missing Punch In or Out time if one is populated then both of them need to be.
• Missing earnings code

OH DANG IT - Earnings codes are NOT REQUIRED???????  OK, VI it is and that should take care of it.  THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
