Changes not captured in Employee Masterfile Audit Report

Hello, folks:

In our payroll module, the Employee Masterfile Audit Report doesn't capture changes to employee deductions, direct deposit bank accounts, or paystub emails or passwords. For years, our workaround has been to save screenshots of the change in its place, in order to supplement the current edition of the EMAR; I think we can do better. Today, I found the Payroll>Setup>Payroll Options>Integrate settings element for "Track Changes Made to Employee File", which was already set to All Changes. Similarly, "Track Additions in Summary or Detail" was already set to Detail. 

Are changes to deductions, bank accounts, or paystub recipient info captured elsewhere in Sage such that only admins can view the audit trail? Can the current Employee Masterfile Audit Report display changes to these elements? I've searched this and other forums to no avail, so any insight you can provide will be most welcome.
