Attachments not found

I'm having an issue where one of our Mas users is simply unable to load up any invoices from the Invoice History Memo Inquiry. I didn't find a permissions issue for the Sagesoftware folder. I also had the user try a different computer to see if the problem would persist. The user still had the issue, but Mas didn't give him an error. It just did nothing.
