How would the PO table link to the WO table? And which tables?

That's what I'm trying to determine.  All of my experience is with MAS90 and I found the tables to be easier to work with.  MAS200 tables are definitely a learning curve.  

Even if its 2 reports as long as there is a single 'key' that I can use to pull the information together into excel it's better than hand typing all this information considering its hundreds of records.

The WO tables avail in VI don't have a PO # and the PO tables don't have a WO#.  That I can find anyway.  

If VI can't produce what you want, joining table data is something I'd look at doing through Crystal Reports, then export the results to Excel.  There should be no problems creating a new report from blank using SOTAMAS90, or setting up a silent DSN.

I can't establish a connection in Crystal for some reason?

Open up an existing functional report and click Database - Verify Database.  

Choose your company, and login credentials.

Do not save or close Crystal Reports.  

Then create a blank report, using the existing SOTAMAS90 connection to MAS data you opened above...

Either that, or search the knowledge base for: silent dsn

(...and then use your new DSN to connect...)

Ugh... it won't run :(  So frustrating.  I have a 3.31 deadline for this info and I know there has to be a way to pull it from MAS without retyping thousands of pieces of information.  Can anyone help??

Possibly pulling from incorrect tables?

Still not functional.  Does anyone have any info on which tables I might use from VI to pull WO purchases and then pull PO purchases?  Possibly that include payment info like check number and amt?

My suggestion is to create an Access database and pull in the various tables and take a look at the data and create some queries to see which gives you the wanted results.

We don't have access here.  I tried creating an excel export but that is also not working.  Thinking our IT guy didn't set something up properly.  Too many things that should work just don't.  That's why I keep trying different methods.  I am not as well versed in MAS as I'd like so I don't know all the proper tables to use.  Hoping someone with more MAS/Crystal/VI experience can help out.
