Does anyone know if there is a conflict if both the BusinessWorks client and the Sage 100 client are both installed on a workstation? Have a client moving from BW to Sage 100.

Not finding any reference to a potential issue with having both Sage BW and Sage 100 software installed on the same machine. Feel free to Contact Sage at 1-888-721-8989 to speak to a Sales Account Manager to inquire. Also review the system requirements for Sage BW here and Sage 100 here.
