Sage 100 Advanced "Find File" Default Location

Hello everyone,

Kind of a random question I was hoping the community knew the answer to. We have a user working in the "Vendor Maintenance" section of Sage. She creates memos for invoices and attaches images to them as she creates them. Normally when she goes to attach an image, Windows Explorer will open to the last location she attached an image from. In her case, she has a mapped drive that this window normally always opens in.

We were having some unrelated Sage issues and had our tech support company remote into her computer to help her fix them. Now every time she goes to attach an image to an invoice, the Windows Explorer window that opens up defaults to the MAS90 folder on the server. She has to manually navigate away from that folder, drill down into her V: drive to find the image, and then attach it. I know it seems insignificant, but when you're dealing with hundreds of invoices a day, it makes a difference. Does Sage cache this information somewhere?

I logged in as another Windows user on the same computer, performed the same steps of attaching an image, and Sage remembered that location every time I attached an image after that. This tells me that it's something specific to her Windows profile. I cleared her Windows temp folder, but this didn't seem to make a difference. Is there an ini file or something that needs to be recreated?
